This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this website or contact us about your stay.

Legal basis

We process the details you send us via the inquiry form to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a booking (contractual basis). Non-essential cookies, such as those set by Google Maps, are only used with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a hosting provider based in the United States. When you visit this site, your browser automatically sends technical data (such as your IP address) to Netlify's servers in order to deliver the page to you, as is standard for any website. Netlify processes this data as our hosting provider under its own privacy policy.

Contact form

When you use the inquiry form, it opens an email in your own email application addressed to the owner, containing the name, dates, number of guests, email, phone number and message you entered. This information is sent directly to the owner's mailbox — it is not stored on this website or on any server.

Local storage

This site stores two small pieces of information in your browser's local storage: your chosen language and your cookie consent choice. Both are strictly necessary for the site to function as intended and do not require consent. This information never leaves your device.

Google Maps

The location section includes a Google Maps embed. This map is not loaded, and no related cookies are set, until you give your consent — either via the cookie banner or by clicking to show the map. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing, as well as data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting martine.coene2@telenet.be. If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Spain: the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Data retention

Emails related to your inquiry or booking are kept for as long as needed to arrange your stay, and for up to one year afterwards in case any follow-up is required. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
